Welcome to YEDA. By using our services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

4. Account Registration, KYC & Verification

To access certain services (including P2P, withdrawals, and card issuance), you must complete identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. YEDA reserves the right to deny or restrict access if verification fails.

5. User Obligations

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
  2. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including tax, anti-money laundering (AML), and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
  3. You may not use YEDA for illegal activities, fraud, scams, or prohibited transactions.
  4. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with your use of the Service.

6. Risks of Digital Assets

Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and may result in the total loss of capital. YEDA does not provide financial or investment advice. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Fees, Limits & Availability

All applicable fees, limits, and service availability are published separately and may change over time. You agree that YEDA may apply fees for transactions, swaps, withdrawals, and card services.

8. Mastercard Cards (Virtual & Physical)

Cards are issued in partnership with authorized issuers. Terms of use, fees, limits, and restrictions are governed by the card program. Availability depends on region and regulatory requirements. YEDA is not liable for services provided by the issuer or Mastercard beyond technical integration.

9. Security & Custody

YEDA implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, no system is 100% secure. Users remain responsible for safeguarding their private keys, recovery phrases, and passwords. YEDA is not liable for losses due to user negligence.

10. Staking & Rewards (If Offered)

If YEDA offers staking or reward programs, participation is optional and subject to specific program terms. Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on network conditions, protocols, and third-party validators. You acknowledge the risk of slashing, penalties, or delayed rewards.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party providers for liquidity, payments, card issuance, or custody. YEDA is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or legal compliance of third-party services.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YEDA will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. The maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to YEDA in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Suspension & Termination

YEDA may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, non-compliance with these Terms, or legal obligations. Funds may be frozen pending investigations by authorities or regulators.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including trademarks, software, design, and content, belong to YEDA or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described therein.

16. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where YEDA is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

17. Amendments

YEDA may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
